Common name: Daisy Fleabane (Sweet Scabius)

Scientific name: Erigeron annus

Dimensions:
    Flower: 1/2-3/4" (1.5-2 cm) wide
    Plant height: 1-5' (30-150 cm)

Blooming period: June-September

Habitat: Fields, roadsides, weedy places

Description: White to pink-tinged flower rays, 50-100, surround a yellow central disk of hundreds of florets; rays short in relation to central disk. Noticeable stem hairs. Leaves up to 5" (12.5 cm) long, hairy, lanceolate, toothed. Aster family. (July 25)
