Common name: White Clover
(Dutch Clover)

Scientific name: Trifolium repens

Dimensions:
    Flower head: 1/2-1" (1.5-2.5 cm)
    Plant height: Creeper; stems 4-10"
    (10-25 cm)

Blooming period: May-October

Habitat: Lawns, roadsides, and fields

Description: White or pale-pink pea flowers in a dense, round head. Flowers and leaves grow on separate stalks from creeping runners. Leaves 3-parted; each leaflet 3/4-1" (2-2.5 cm) long, ovate, with pale triangular mark on each. Pea family. (June 20)
